Personal Coaching


If your goal is to develop a specific skill to improve sporting performance, then personal coaching is for you. Whether it’s learning to spring or squat, jump or jerk, we’ll coach you through fundamental movements to subsequently better your performance

Group-Based Training


Don’t like training alone? Intimidated by a class environment? Group-Based Training is the one for you. Aimed at groups of 2 to 4, these sessions help you keep each other motivated toward your training goals.

Team Training


If its good enough for Rio 2016 Olympians & Rugby World Cup 2015 players, its good enough for you and your team. Whether you need somewhere to come during preseason training or somewhere to train more regularly as a team, get in touch to find out what we can do for you.

Gym Programming


Already a member at our gym (or elsewhere) but need a little bit more direction with your training. Why not consider a bespoke gym programme? From a 6 week plan through to a full 12 months of programming, we can help you achieve your goals.
